Office staff is very friendly. Dr O has been very open about procedures and possible outcomes. Dr O is willing to answer questions and listens to concerns brought up in conversation.

I saw Dr. Oefelein for a consult regarding a procedure and he explained exactly what it entailed in easy to understand terms. A month later when he performed the procedure, he again explained everything and gave specific details. He and his staff are amazing.

Dr Bidair and his entire staff are friendly and very professional. They are also very thorough and very compassionate. Highly recommended.
