Very responsive and pro active

Iv'e been with Dr Bidair helping me with bladder cancer operations and treatments since 1999. I now see Dr Byrne for my cystoscopies and like her very much as well. She is equally kind and concerned regarding my bladder.

Great staff and service. Dr Byrne does not rush, ans answers all questions and i am very comfortable around her. Thanks

My experience with Dr. Bidair and his staff is absolutely fabulous. Everyone is exceptionally courteous and helpful. Dr. Bidair ROCKS!!! He takes the time to listen to you. Actually listen. Dr. Michel and his team are cutting edge! the office is super clean and they are prompt. one of my pet peeves is to sit in the waiting room for an hour because the Dr. is behind! that just doesn't happen at Dr. Michels office ! Dr Michel himself is caring and listens to me patiently. this is the OFFICE for Urology!
